StarSport's Terms & Conditions – Complete User Guide

StarSport (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform. These terms apply to all services available on the StarSport website (starsport.app) and mobile application.

These terms apply to users in Bangladesh and all other countries where StarSport operates. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be notified on the website.

StarSport is intended for entertainment purposes only. Participation on our platform is voluntary, and each user is responsible for their own decisions.

You must provide accurate information when creating a StarSport account. Accounts registered with false or misleading details may be closed at any time.

• Each individual is only entitled to One Account Per Person can be created. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed.
• A valid, active mobile number is required at the time of registration.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for identity verification.
• Keeping the account password confidential is the sole responsibility of the member.
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

Please make sure you fully understand the following rules before placing a bet on StarSport. Every bet is a binding agreement — once confirmed, it cannot be changed.

Betting results on StarSport are determined in accordance with the official results issued by the relevant sports authority. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, StarSport reserves the right to void or amend the settlement of the affected bet.

An accumulator bet is won only if all selections are correct. If any single selection loses, the entire bet is lost. However, if an event is cancelled, that selection's odds will be set to 1.00 and the remaining selections will stand.

StarSport supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile payment methods. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically 5–30 minutes (bKash/Nagad)

StarSport complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. Withdrawal requests may be temporarily held for review if a transaction appears suspicious. During this time, the member may be asked to provide additional information or documentation.

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only; available once per member
• Wagering Requirement: A specified amount must be wagered using the bonus before a withdrawal can be made
• Time Limit: Each bonus has a set expiry period and will expire if not used in time
• Bonus Abuse: Repeatedly claiming the same bonus may result in account closure
• StarSport reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the StarSport platform. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• Creating an account using a false identity or forged documents
• Operating multiple accounts (whether personally or through another party)
• Betting using automation software or bots
• Match fixing or betting based on illegal insider information
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to StarSport's systems
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Attempting to access another member's account information

Members may close their account at any time by contacting customer support or selecting the Close Account option in Account Settings.

• Any existing balance will be refunded upon account closure (excluding bonus balance)
• If there are active bets pending, the account will only be closed once all bets have been settled
• StarSport may close an account without prior notice for any violation of its terms
• Self-exclusion requests under responsible betting will take effect immediately

StarSport makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service. However, StarSport will not be held liable for any losses resulting from technical issues, server downtime, or internet connectivity problems.

For any dispute or complaint, please contact customer support first. The support team will respond within 72 hours. If the issue remains unresolved, it may be escalated through our licensing authority.
